MY COACHING APPROACH
MY COACHING APPROACH MIXES TOOLS FROM CREATIVITY COACHING, PERFORMANCE COACHING, LIFE COACHING AND MINDSET COACHING, WHICH IS WHY I CALL IT MINDSET COACHING FOR CREATIVES.
Working with me as is like having a performance coach by your side – like professional athletes do. I help you get into the right mindset, I cheer for you and see you in your best light, while I help you adjust all the little details of your daily practice, so you can perform on a higher level and feel great doing it.
SO WHAT IS
CREATIVITY COACHING?
CREATIVITY COACHING CAN TRANSFORM YOUR JOURNEY AS A WRITER, ARTIST, OR ANY OTHER CREATIVE, HELPING YOU THRIVE AND REACH YOUR FULLEST POTENTIAL. IMAGINE HAVING SOMEONE BY YOUR SIDE, GUIDING YOU THROUGH THE HIGHS AND LOWS, HELPING YOU OVERCOME THE OBSTACLES, AND ACHIEVING YOUR CREATIVE DREAMS. THAT’S THE POWER OF A CREATIVITY COACH – TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR WAY. FASTER AND WITH MORE JOY.
As a certified creativity coach, I help you navigate every aspect of your creative life. This includes addressing the psychological, emotional, existential, and practical issues that arise as you strive to create: I support you in writing your novel, finding the time to compose the songs for your new album, or really finding the essence and developing the concept fully for your new series of art work.
My aim is to assist you in envisioning your ideas, support you in manifesting them, and help you to believe in yourself and your work, so you can give it the best possible send off.
Think of creativity coaching as life coaching specifically designed for writers, artists and other creatives. Or think of it as performance coaching for top athletes tailored to ambitious artists, authors, and other creatives, as creativity coaching helps you navigate the complexities of the creative process and fulfill your potential.
“LISBET HAS AN IMPRESSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF VISUAL ART AND A GREAT INSIGHT INTO THE CREATIVE PROCESS.
Not least in the challenges that can lie in the various phases of the creative process, which for me is central, if you are to have a fruitful dialogue about your development as an artist.”
